Studi Kerja Kepala Sekolah: Wewenang, kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dan kontrol diri terhadap kinerja Kepala SMP Negeri Kabupaten Bogor/ Siti Khodijah

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode
explanatory survey. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan random cluster sampling
berjumlah 68 Kepala SMPN di Kabupaten Bogor pada Januari hingga September
2023. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Metode analisis data
menggunakan analisis jalur dengan 3 substruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa : 1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif variabel wewenang terhadap kinerja,
2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif variabel kemampuan komunikasi
interpersonal interpersonal terhadap kinerja, 3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif
variabel kontrol diri terhadap kinerja, 4) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif
variabel wewenang terhadap kontrol diri, 5) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif
variabel kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kontrol diri, 6) terdapat
pengaruh langsung positif variabel wewenang terhadap kemampuan komunikasi
interpersonal, 7) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung wewenang terhadap kinerja
melalui kontrol diri, 8) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kemampuan komunikasi
interpersonal terhadap kinerja melalui kontrol diri, 9) terdapat pengaruh tidak
langsung wewenang terhadap kinerja melalui kemampuan komunikasi
interpersonal. Penelitian ini penting digunakan sebagai rujukan bagi pemerintah
maupun kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja dalam penguatan profil pelajar
Pancasila.

This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method.
Sampling using random cluster sampling totaled 68 Heads of SMPN in Bogor
Regency from January to September 2023. The instrument used a questionnaire
with a Likert scale. The data analysis method uses path analysis with 3
substructures. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive direct effect of the
authority variable on performance, 2) there is a positive direct effect of the
communication ability variable on performance, 3) there is a positive direct effect
of the self-control variable on performance, 4) there is a positive direct effect of the
authority variable on self-control, 5) there is a positive direct effect of the
communication ability variable on self-control, 6) there is a positive direct effect of
the authority variable on communication ability, 7) there is an indirect effect of
authority on performance through self-control, 8) there is an indirect effect of
communication ability on performance through self-control, 9) there is an indirect
effect of authority on performance through communication ability. This research is
important to be used as a reference for the government and school principals in
improving performance in strengthening the profile of Pancasila students.
