EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI KURIKUM MUATAN LOKAL DI SMKN 3 DAN SMKN 4 PALANGKA RAYA ABSTRAK Evaluasi Implementasi Kurikum Muatan Lokal di SMKN Kota Palangka Raya Undang-undang tentang desentralisasi kewenangan kepada daerah mendorong peran pemerintah daerah dalam pengelolaan pendidikan. Terdapat kesenjangan antara tujuan program kurikulum muatan lokal dengan pelaksanaan sebenarnya karena kurangnya bahan ajar, sumber daya manusia pengajar, dan kurangnya koordinasi antar tingkat manajemen. Kurikulum muatan lokal dan pelaksanaannya di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Palangka Raya perlu dievaluasi. Tujuan Penelitian adalah Mengevaluasi pelaksanaan implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal sesuai Keputusan Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah Nomor 22 Tahun 2011 tentang tatacara pelaksanaan kurikulum muatan lokal provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Ruang lingkup penelitian terbatas di provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, dengan focus evaluasi implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal di SMKN 3 dan SMKN 4 di Palangka Raya selama periode 2022-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP/O untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal kalimantan tengah. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis kepada pemerintah daerah, sekolah, pendidikan, dan masyarakat. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk keseluruhan komponen yang terlibat meliputi komponen context, input, process, product dan outcome . Hasil belajar dari kurikulum muatan lokal siswa SMKN 3 dan 4 Palangka Raya telah sesuai dengan Standar Nasioanal Pendidikan, dan hasil belajar lebih banyak diaplikasikan dalam bentuk kerja atau praktik karena mapel mulok di integrasikan dengan mapel produktif. Kalimantan Tengah belum melakukan evaluasi kurikulum sejak dikeluarkannya kebijakan Pergub No 22 Tahun 2011 tentang tata cara muatan lokal Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah , sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kurikulum muatan lokalnya. Evaluation of the Implementation of Local Content Curriculum at SMKN Palangka Raya City The law on decentralizing authority to the regions encourages local governments’ role in education management. There is a gap between the goals of the local content curriculum program and the actual implementation due to the lack of teaching materials, teaching human resources, and coordination between management levels. The local content curriculum and its implementation at Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Palangka Raya must be evaluated. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the local content curriculum program according to the Decree of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government Number 22 of 2011 in vocational schools in Palangka Raya. The scope of the study is limited Introduction in the province of Central Kalimantan, focusing on implementing the local content curriculum at SMKN 3 and SMKN 4 in Palangka Raya during the 2022-2023 period. This study uses the CIPP/O evaluation Model to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the local content curriculum in Central Kalimantan. The study results are expected to make theoretical and practical contributions to local governments, schools, education, and society. Evaluation is done for all components, including context, input, process, product, and outcome. The learning outcomes of the local content curriculum of SMKN 3 and 4 Palangka Raya students have been by the National Education Standards, and the learning outcomes are more widely applied in the form of work or practice because the milk map is integrated with the productive maple. Central Kalimantan has not evaluated the curriculum since the issuance of the Governor’s Regulation No. 22 of 2011 concerning local content procedures in Central Kalimantan Province.
