Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model Manajemen Peningkatan Kinerja
tugas ditinjau dari Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi dan Komitmen
Organisasi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Pendekatan penelitian deskriptif
kuantitatif, Jenis data primer melalui metode survey dan data sekunder sebagai
pendukung . Populasi sebanyak 625 dosen tetap dengan sampel sebanyak 250
Responden , Model sampel yang digunakan Startified Random Sampling. Teknik
analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling dengan
aplikasi software Smart PLS versi 3.Hasil penelitian ini: 1) Kepemimpinan
Transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap Kinerja tugas ; 2)
Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap
Kinerja tugas ; 3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap
Kinerja tugas ; 4) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap Kinerja
tugas , 5) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap Komitmen
organisasi; 6) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif tidak
langsung terhadap kinerja Tugas di mediasi Komitmen Organisasi; 7)
Kompensasi berpengaruh positif tidak langsung terhadap kinerja tugas di
mediasi Komitmen organisasi .
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan
kinerja tugas dosen dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan faktor
Kepemimpinan Transformasional , Kompensasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi
sehingga dapat tercapai tujuan dari organisasi.

This study aims to design management model of increasing lecturer task
performance in term of transformational leadership, compensation, and
organizational commitment at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The
research approach is quantitative and descriptive, with primary data types, through
survey methods and secondary data as supporting data. The population 625
permanent lecturers with a sample of 250 respondents. The sample model used
Stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used the Structural
Equation Modeling approach, a software application from Smart PLS version 3
The results of this study : 1) Transformational leadership has a positive direct
effect on lecturer task performance ; 2) Transformational leadership has a positive
direct effect on organizational commitment; 3) Organizational commitment has a
positive direct effect on Task performance; ; 5) Compensation has a positive direct
effect on Task performance; 5) Compensation has a positive direct effect on
Organizational commitment; 6) Transformational Leadership has a positive
indirect effect on Task performance mediated by Organizational Commitment; 7)
Compensation has a positive indirect effect on task performance mediated by
Organizational Commitment . Based on the results of the study it can be concluded
that increasing lecturer task performance can be done by taking into account the
factors of Transformational leadership, compensation, and Organizational
commitment so that the organization's goals can be achieved.
