The objective of this research is to study the effect of the organizational culture,
leadership, and job satisfaction to performance junior high school teachers in the
East Jakarta. Quantitative approach used in this research with survey method.
The samples of this research were 258 teachers and student selected
randomly.The research was conducted on performance junior high school teacher
performance involving samples of 258 teacher had been selected from the target
population of 726 teacher by using quantitative approach with path analysis
methodes. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by
using path analysis. The result of the research can be conclude that: 1) the
organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction had a positive direct effect
on performance; 2) the organizational culture and shool culture had a positive
direct effect on job satisfaction.Therefore to improve performance, the
organizational culture, leadership, and job satisfaction should be improved.
